Art Prints are giclée printed to the edge (no border) on 300gsm premium 100% cotton rag smooth white fine art paper.

Canvas Prints are giclée printed to the edge (no border) on 390gsm premium rolled artist canvas.

Framed Artwork includes hanging hardware. Art Prints are framed with acrylic rather than glass as it provides a safer and more lightweight final product. Canvas Prints are framed without acrylic, and are therefore the preferred options for a totally non-reflective artwork.

Production & Shipping
Please allow 1 working week for the production of fine art prints, and 2 working weeks for the production of framed artwork. Once your artwork ships, our team endeavors to update your order with tracking as quickly as possible and whenever made possible by the mail courier.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
All orders are final from the moment which they are placed. Please check your order carefully prior to placing it, as we are unable to provide cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Artwork is printed to the edge of paper and canvas prints.
Our custom framing adds to the total artwork size.

Every order is custom made. For that reason all sales are final, and all orders are ineligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Thankfully this is very rare! If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect (including quality concerns with the artwork or framing), we will be happy to assist with an artwork repair or replacement. Please contact us via form or email within 2 days of your order's delivery date to notify us of your concern.

It is necessary to have photographs of the entire artwork and the original packaging in order to file any required damage claims and assist with a prompt repair or replacement.
Please retain the artwork and the original packaging until an appropriate repair or replacement is confirmed.
