She creates from her at home studio, a small room inside her early 1900's home with creaky wood floors and a cardinal who nests in the tree outside her windows. That is her calm, her sanctuary to recall views and emotions from her travels around the world and walks around her neighborhood. What if my order arrives damaged?
Thankfully this is very rare! If your artwork arrives damaged or appears in any way incorrect (including quality concerns with the artwork or framing), we will be happy to assist with an artwork repair or replacement. Please contact us via form or email within 2 days of your order's delivery date to notify us of your concern.
It is necessary to have photographs of the entire artwork and the original packaging in order to file any required damage claims and assist with a prompt repair or replacement.
Please retain the artwork and the original packaging until an appropriate repair or replacement is confirmed.
